How to edit a registration

You can edit attendee information from the event status page in case it is incorrect.

This comes in handy if someone hasn't received their confirmation due to an incorrect e-mail address.

Another case could be that the attendee has chosen to paid by invoice but entered wrong payment information. Hence, the company won't accept the invoice. You can then edit the information and resend the invoice. 

If the registration has free additional services, you can also reset them. If the additional services are paid, you can refund them. See how in this guide.

Step-by-step guide

  • Go to the event status page by clicking on the event title or the status icon.
  • Find the section "Attendees" and find the attendee you wish to edit. NOTE: You can sort the list by clicking on the column name, e.g. "Name" or you can press Ctrl+F to enable searching in the browser. This makes it easier to find the person in question.
  • Once you find the attendee click on the edit icon.
  • You can now see and edit the attendee and orderer information for the registration. You can also edit or add additional services or ticket types provided that the price between the different options are the same.
  • If you are editing a registration where the atteedee has chosen to paid by invoice but entered wrong payment information, you can resend an updated invoice.
  • If you need to change the free additional services, you can do so on the right-hand side.
  • Click "Save changes" once you are done.
  • Finally, you must choose whether you want to send a new updated e-mail confirmation to either the attendee, the orderer or both.
