How to print attendee name badges and place cards - with or without your own logo

Attendee name badges and place cards are a great way to personalize the event experience for attendees. You can generate and print attendee name badges and place cards through EasySignup - even with your own logo for maximum branding.

You can only print name badges and place cards in the set up where you request information about all the attendees - not just the orderer.

Note: Want your own logo on the namebadges and place cards? Send it to in eps, ai or svg format.

Step-by-step guide

  • Click on the event title or the status icon to go to the event report page.
  • Find the section "Print" at the top of the page. Select a template from the dropdown and click on the "Download" icon to save the name badges/place cards.

Note: You can create your own name badges outside EasySignup should our templates not fit your needs: Avery design and print online
