How to print an attendee list

You can print a check-in attendee list to use when checking in attendees on the day of your event.

Step-by-step guide

  • Click on the event title or the status icon to go to the event report page.
  • Find the section "Print" on the right under "Traffic and registrations". Select a template from the dropdown and click on the "Download" icon to save the attendee list.

  • If you need an attendee list with different information than the available template, you can use the attendee list export, which you can download on the same page.
