Create your own graphical template

Here you can see how to work with the graphical appearance in EasySignup. We show you how to choose a color theme, as well as how you can customize elements such as the logo, banner, and colors of buttons and links on the various registration pages and event lists that your attendees see.

How to create your own graphical template

• Start by clicking on Events->Graphical Templates in the menu that you find at the top of the dashboard.

• Then click "Create new template". Please note that you must create your own template to get a logo on registration pages and event lists.

• When you choose to create a new graphical template, start by naming the template (1). You then have two options. You can choose from the standard color themes (2) or you can create your own (3). You can see a preview on the right (4).

Options with standard color themes

• When choosing a standard color theme, the same color will be used throughout the different graphical elements, such as the banner, buttons and links. Start by choosing the color theme you would like to use.

• If your company, organization or association has a logo, you can upload it (1) so that it will be displayed on all public pages. You can also choose the position of the logo (2) and whether your company, organization or association name should be displayed alongside the logo (3).

• You also need to choose which banner you want to use as a background along with the logo.
  
  You can choose between a number of designed banners with different motifs or patterns. You can also choose a solid color for the banner, or you can upload your own banner.

Options with custom color themes

• When you choose your own color theme, you get more options to customize the appearance. For example, you can have different colors for the graphical elements.
  
  If your company, organization or association has a logo, you can upload it (1) so that it will be displayed on all public pages. You can also choose the position of the logo (2) and whether your company, organization or association name should be displayed alongside the logo (3).

• You also need to choose which banner you want to use as a background along with the logo.
  
  You can choose between a number of designed banners with different motifs or patterns. You can also choose a solid color for the banner, or you can upload your own banner. Please note that the banner will be left-aligned when you upload your own.

• On the registration page, you can also define the color of the right column, where ticket types, additional choices and the registration form with attendee information are displayed.

• This allows you to change the colors of the buttons and links that visitors on your EasySignup page see. This includes buttons on the front page, registration pages and links to categories. Save the template at the bottom right-hand side.

• You will now be taken to the overview of graphical templates, where you can see both standard templates and those that you have created yourself.

• To activate an overall template on the account, click on Account->Settings in the menu that you find at the top of the dashboard.

• Next, you need to find the "Presentation" tab, where you can choose which template to use on the various registration pages and event lists that your attendees see (1).
