How to manage prices and VAT

It is important that you specify whether the event fees on your account are subject to VAT. It has an impact on the invoices we send on your behalf.

• Click Account -> Settings in the top of the dashboard.
• Find "VAT" under the tab "Finances".
  
• (1) Select whether your events fees are subject to VAT.
• (2) If the events fees are subject to VAT, you can choose whether to show prices with or without VAT on the public registrations pages.
  

  NOTE: Remember to always enter prices with VAT, when you create an event. The system calculates the prices to match, if you have selected to show prices without VAT.

• (3) Here you can choose whether the above settings should apply every time you create an event. Select "Yes" if the events are generally with or without VAT. If, on the other hand, it is different from event to event, select "No". Then, set these VAT settings every time you create a new event.

• Click "Save Settings" when you are done.
