Show attendee list on the registration page

You can show an attendee list on the registration page, if you want people to see who has already registered. The list contains "Name" and additional attendee information of your choice.

Note: Attendees must actively give their consent to appear the list.

You can also show how many people have registered for the event in total.

• Find the setting on the page, where your edit an event. Click on the edit icon to edit the event.
  
• Find the section ” Show Participants List” under the tab "Presentation". Select "Yes" (1) to show the attendee list on the registration page. 
  
  The name of the attendee is shown as default. You can select how to display the name.
  
  You can add one or two additional attendee information, e.g. company.
  
  You can also choose to hide the list until a certain number of people have registered.
  
  Note: If you change the settings, it does not have retroactive effect on the attendees registered before the change.
  
  Tick the box (2) to show how many people have registered for the event in total.
  
• Click "Save changes" when you done.
  
• Remove the attendee list by unticking the box and click "Save changes".

Attendees must now give consent when registering to appear on the list. When they click on the text next to the checkbox, they can see a more detailed text about the consent.

Attendees can always withdraw their consent via a link in their registration confirmation. If they do this, they will no longer appear on the list.
