Allow participants to cancel their registration (for all events)

You can allow parcitipants to cancel their registration.

• Click Account -> Settings in the top of the dashboard.
  
• Find the section "Participant Cancellation Allowed" under the tab "Registration". Select whether to allow the participant to cancel their registration or not. Selecting "Yes" allows people to click on a link in the confirmation e-mail and cancel their registration. Ticket fees are automaticallly refunded to the persons credit card.
• Then you can choose the deadline for when the participant can cancel the registration.
  
  You can set different criteria based on the event's start or end date as well as the registration deadline.
  
• Click "Save Settings" when you're done.

Note: This option applies to all events. If you want a different setting for a single event, you can change it on the page where you edit the event under the tab "Registration". You can find a guide here.
