How to create an event series

You can link similar events in an events series, e.g. if the same event is held on different dates or locations.

  • Create one event to begin with.
  • Link the events in a series by clicking on the edit icon of the event in the list of current events.
  • Find the section "Event Series" under the tab "Basic". Select "Create new series" in the drop-down list, give the series a name and click on the checkmark. Click "Save Changes" at the bottom of the page, when you are done.
  • Copy the event by clicking on the copy icon in the list over current events.
  • Adjust date and time. Click "Copy and Edit", if you need to make further adjustments, e.g. location. Otherwise click "Copy Event".
  • Repeat until you have created all the events that you want to include in the series.

  • People can now choose from events on different dates or locations when registering.
  • If you would like to send the link to the series to potential attendees, you can find it on the report page of the individual events that are part of the series.
  • Click on the series name and the link will appear. You can then mark, copy and send it.
